The payment of the final dividend has been approved by the shareholders at the 16th AGM held on 29 May 2014 (under agenda item 2 of the Notice of 16th AGM). The change of the payment date is due to 15 July 2014 falls on Nuzul Al-Quran day, a designated public holiday in Malaysia.
