We refer to the announcements dated 26 December 2013, 25 February 2014, 26 February 2014 and 28 March 2014 in relation to the Proposals.


On behalf of the Board, the Joint Advisers wish to announce that Bursa Securities has via its letter dated 18 April 2014, approved the Company’s application for an extension of time until 30 May 2014 for the despatch of the Circular in relation to the Proposals to the shareholders of TTB.

This announcement is dated 21 April 2014.
