The ordinary resolution on the Proposed Settlement was carried by way of poll with the following results: (i) 221,089,703 shares (representing 99.998% present and voting) voted in favour of the ordinary resolution; and
(ii) 4,000 shares (representing 0.002% present and voting) voted against the ordinary resolution.
