The investment in COV is financed through internally generated funds. The investment in COV is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of COASTAL for the financial year ending 31 December 2014. None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of COASTAL and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the investment in COV. | |
