We would like to inform that Bina Puri Vietnam Co. Ltd., a company incorporated in Vietnam and wholly-owned by Bina Puri Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“BPCSB”), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of BPCSB on 8 February 2014. The People’s Committee of Ba Ria–Vung Tau Province has informed us on 3 April 2014 that the Investment Certificate of Bina Puri Vietnam Co. Ltd. has been revoked and the said company has been dissolved. Bina Puri Vietnam Co. Ltd. was set up in Vietnam to undertake construction projects but had been dormant. The cessation of the said company as subsidiary is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets and earnings of Bina Puri Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.Please note that no directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the above matter.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pelangi, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that SCSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Pelangi, had on 8 April 2014, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with PUMSB for the proposed acquisition by SCSB of a parcel of leasehold industrial land measuring approximately 3.09 hectares (7.64 acres) together with all the buildings erected thereon, held under HSD 162767 PTD 90018 Mukim Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, Johor, from PUMSB for a total purchase consideration of RM15.50 million to be satisfied entirely by cash. In addition, the SPA entails a condition whereby upon completion of the SPA, the Vendor shall cause and procure PUM Cullet Sdn Bhd ("PCSB" or the "Tenant"), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of the Vendor, to enter into a tenancy agreement with the Purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the Completion Date (as defined in the attachment) or the Extended Completion Date (as defined in the attachment), whichever is applicable, and the tenancy shall be automatically renewed every subsequent three (3) years up to a total period of nine (9) years.
