Ltd to incorporate and register a private limited company in Malaysia, Gas Malaysia is pleased to announce that the joint venture company namely, Gas Malaysia Energy Advance Sdn Bhd (“Gas Malaysia Energy Advance”) has been incorporated under the Companies Act, 1965 on 18 April 2014. The authorized share capital of Gas Malaysia Energy Advance is RM5,000,000 divided into 5,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and its issued and paid-up share capital is RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Save as disclosed below, none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Gas Malaysia or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in Gas Malaysia Energy Advance:-
