The board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intend to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Second Annual General meeting ("AGM") for the following Proposals to empower the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for its day-to-day operations: (a) Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue of Trading Nature ; and (b) Additional Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue of Trading Nature. The Circular to shareholders containing information on the above-mentioned proposals will be dispatch to the shareholders together with the Company's 2013 Annual Report.
