VSIG is a Company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with Limited Liability and listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Company’s shareholding in VSIG would be increased from 53.84% to 54.08% subsequent to the above mentioned exercise on the assumption that all outstanding Bonus Warrants are fully subscribed by the warrant holders.
