Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act, 1965, Rebung Utama would be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Form 69 i.e. Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) and Official Receiver.   The Form 69 of Rebung Utama was duly lodged with CCM on 11 March 2014. As such, Rebung Utama would be dissolved effective from 10 June 2014.   This announcement is dated 11 March 2014.
