Query Letter Contents We draw your attention to the rise in price and volume of your Company’s shares
recently.

In light of the above and in order for investors to be able to make informed
investment decisions, you are requested to respond, after making due enquiry
with your directors, major shareholders and such other relevant persons, to
the following queries immediately for public release in accordance with
paragraph 9.11 of Listing Requirements :-

1. Whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group’s
business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account
for the trading activity including those in the stage of
negotiation/discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of
the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment
decision;
2. Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs
of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you
are required to comply with Paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of Bursa Securities LR;
3. Whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the
trading activity; and
4. Whether you are in compliance with the Bursa Securities LR, in particular
Paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa Securities LR on immediate disclosure obligations.

With reference to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (”Bursa Securities”) dated 6 March 2014 querying the Company on an unusual market activity in relation to the rise in price and volume of the Company’s shares recently, the Company would like to confirm that to the best of its knowledge and after making due enquiry with the directors, major shareholders and other relevant persons :-

1. save as disclosed below, the Board of Directors of DBhd (“Board”) is not aware of any other corporate development relating to the Group’s business
and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity;

2. save as disclosed below, the Board is not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the
unusual market activity; and

3. save as disclosed below, the Board is not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the unusual market activity.

The Board wishes to confirm that the Company is in compliance with the Bursa Securities Listing Requirements (“LR”), in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the LR on immediate disclosure obligations.

We would like to draw your attention to the announcements made on 17 February 2014 and 6 March 2014 in respect of the proposed acquisition of 157,780,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Damansara Realty Berhad (“DBhd”) representing approximately 51% of the equity of DBhd by Seaview Holdings Sdn Bhd from Johor Corporation and its relevant subsidiaries.

ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF NON RENEWAL OF RAW WATER ABSTRACTION LICENSE ISSUED BY LEMBAGA URUS AIR SELANGOR ("LUAS")
Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce of the following latest development on the abovementioned matter:
1. LUAS vide its letter dated 5 March 2014 which was received by Konsortium ABASS Sdn Bhd ("ABASS") today, notify that the raw water abstraction license issued to ABASS will not be renewed upon expiry of its existing raw water abstraction license on 31 May 2014.

      Perangsang Selangor holds 90.83% in Titisan Modal (M) Sdn Bhd which in turn holds 100% in ABASS.

2. LUAS vide its letter dated 5 March 2014 which was received by Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Sdn Bhd ("SPLASH"), notify that the raw water abstraction license issued to SPLASH will not be renewed upon expiry of its existing raw water abstraction license on 30 June 2014.

      Perangsang Selangor, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Viable Chip (M) Sdn Bhd ("VCSB"), holds a 30% equity stake in Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings Berhad ("Splash Holdings") which in turn is the holding company of SPLASH.

LUAS further informed in both letters that the above decision was made pursuant to the ongoing restructuring of water services industry in Selangor. The aforesaid decision shall remain in force until further instruction issued by the Selangor State Government.

Perangsang Selangor will make necessary announcement on further development of this matter in due course.
