DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME (“DRS”)

(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement on 26 February 2014 in relation to the DRS)

Reference is made to the announcement dated 26 February 2014 in relation to the DRS.

On behalf of CIMBGH, we are pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 170,000,000 new CIMBGH Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS for the Second Interim Dividend, subject to the following conditions:

(i) CIMBGH and its adviser must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the DRS share issuance(“DRS Share Issuance”);

(ii) CIMBGH and its adviser to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRS Share Issuance; and

(iii) CIMBGH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the DRS Share Issuance is completed.
