We refer to the announcements made on 7 October 2013, 8 October 2013, 29 October 2013, 27 January 2014 and 30 January 2014 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 10 March 2014 fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the placement of 4,149,000 Placement Shares at RM0.241 per Placement Share.
This issue price represents a discount of approximately 0.04% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of the APFT Shares up to and including 7 March 2014 of RM0.2411.
