On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tanco (“Board”), Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue of ICULS as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 January 2014 (“Closing Date”), the total valid acceptances and excess for 192,326,734 Rights ICULS were received under the Rights Issue of ICULS. This represents an under-subscription of 142,559,992 Rights ICULS or approximately 42.57% over the total of 334,886,726 Rights ICULS available for subscription under the Rights Issue of ICULS. Details of the total valid acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date for the Rights Issue are set out in Table 1 attached herewith. The Minimum Subscription Level for the Rights ICULS had been achieved notwithstanding the under-subscription for the Rights Issue of ICULS.
