We refer to the announcements dated 4 October 2013, 30 October 2013, 7 November 2013, 15 November 2013, 20 November 2013, 21 November 2013, 16 January 2014, 21 January 2014, 23 January 2014, 4 February 2014, 10 February 2014 and 11 February 2014 in relation to the Proposals (“Earlier Announcements”) and the circular to the shareholders of GHL dated 24 January 2014 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and Circular.
