We refer to Asdion’s announcement dated 2 September 2013 and its previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Asdion, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Asdion and PDSB had, via an exchange of letter dated 13 February 2014, mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date for a period of approximately one (1) month from 28 February 2014 up to 31 March 2014 to enable the Parties to fulfill their respective obligations under the Conditions Precedent as set out in the JVA.
