The Board of Directors of NPC Resources Berhad had on 21 February 2014 recommended a final single tier dividend of 2 sen per share, amounting to RM2,400,000 in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013. The declaration of the final single tier dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend entitlement and payment date will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
