On behalf of the Board of Directors of TAS, AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had on 26 February 2014 allowed the application for dispensation of creditors' enquiry and dispensation of advertisement and granted an order confirming the SCR pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. The sealed order will be extracted and a copy of the order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the SCR to take effect. Pursuant to the above, all required approvals for the SCR have been duly obtained and accordingly, the entitlement date in respect of the SCR will be announced in due course.
