The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of the respective Subsidiaries was lodged on 19 February 2014 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, the Subsidiaries will be dissolved.
