April 2013, the Company wishes to announce that the purchaser, Pingat Prisma
Sdn Bhd (“the Purchaser”) had failed to complete the sale and purchase
transaction within the specified time frame hence, the Company exercised its
right to terminate the Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) dated 18 April 2013
and forfeited the deposit paid by the Purchaser as liquidated damages in
accordance with Clause 6.1 of the SPA thereof. Therefore, the SPA has been aborted and the Company is back to status quo. This announcement is dated 20 February 2014. | |

Bhd. focusing on automotive seat manufacture, supplying passenger vehicles seats to local car assemblers and commercial vehicle seats for both domestic and export markets. He was appointed to the Board as Executive Director of the Company on 5 September 2005. |
