Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 January 2014, in compliance with paragraph 4.4 of the GN3 of ACE LR. The Board of Directors of IDEAL ("Board") wishes to inform as follows:- a) Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 13 May 2013 resolved to approve the Company's regularisation plan subject to the conditions as stated in its letter; b) Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") had vide its letter dated 25 June 2013 (received on 4 July 2013) approved the issuance of Warrants to non-resident shareholders pursuant to the Proposed Right Issues with Warrants and Proposed Placement with Warrants; c) On 13 November 2013, the Board of Directors had announced that the shareholders of the Company had approved the Proposed Balance Sheet Reconstruction, Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants, Proposed Exemption and Proposed Placement with Warrants at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company held on 13 November 2013; and d) On 11 December 2013, the Board of Directors had announced that the Sealed Order of the High Court of Malaya in Any further updates on the implementation of the Proposed Regularisation Scheme will be announced in due course.
