Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 31 October 2013, 14 November 2013 and 27 November 2013 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Kimlun, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had resolved to fix the following prices pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants:- i. the issue price of the Rights Shares at RM1.10 per Rights Share pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and ii. the exercise price of the Warrants to be issued at RM1.68 per Warrant pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants. The issue price of RM1.10 per Rights Share represents a discount of approximately 34.52% to the theoretical ex-rights price of Kimlun Shares of RM1.68, calculated based on the five (5)-day weighted average market price ("WAMP") of Kimlun Shares as traded on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad up to and including 27 January 2014 of RM1.82 per Kimlun Share. The exercise price of RM1.68 per Warrant represents the theoretical ex-rights price of Kimlun Shares. This announcement is dated 28 January 2014
