On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Restated Deed dated 3 December 2013 has been registered with the SC on 11 December 2013. Therefore, effective 11 December 2013, the Principal Deed has been superseded by the said Restated Deed and the name of the Trust has been changed from “Starhill Real Estate Investment Trust” to “YTL Hospitality REIT”.
