We refer to our announcement made on 10 December 2013 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of GDEX, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to inform that item (c) of the announcement is to be amended to the following: “(c) that the Books Closure Date for the Final Dividend and First DRP shall be 24 December 2013. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the New Shares will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad by 24 January 2014.” The rest of the announcement dated 10 December 2013 remains the same.
