The terms used herein shall, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 23 September 2013 in relation to the Offer. We refer to the announcements dated 13 December 2013 in relation to the Offer. On behalf of ICB, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that the Registrar has on 19 December 2013 informed that the VCB Shares received by the Joint Offerors (which are subject to verification) on the Final Closing Date is 1,243,100 VCB Shares instead of 418,100 VCB Shares. The difference of 825,000 VCB Shares was due to acceptances for the said 825,000 VCB Shares of which the Forms of Acceptance together with contract statements received pending Transfer of Securities Request Forms (FTF010) were inadvertently omitted in their report. Enclosed is the press notice released by MIDF Investment on behalf of the Joint Offerors, in relation to the above.
