For consistency, the abbreviations used hereafter throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 2 August 2012. Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 November 2013 in relation to the submission of an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time of an additional three (3) months from 30 November 2013 to 28 February 2014 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement of CRPS. In order to provide the Company with more time to address the relevant conditions in relation to the Proposed Subscription with a view of achieving full subscription of the CRPS, the Company proposes to seek an extension of time of six (6) months to complete the implementation of the Private Placement of CRPS (instead of the three (3)-month period sought earlier as announced on 8 November 2013). As such, on behalf of Hibiscus Petroleum, HLIB had on 20 December 2013, submitted a letter to Bursa Securities to revise the application to seek an extension of time for an additional six (6) months from 30 November 2013 to 31 May 2014 (instead of the three (3)-month period from 30 November 2013 to 28 February 2014 sought earlier) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement of CRPS. This announcement is dated 20 December 2013. | |
