Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Digistar wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 December 2013 acquired 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 100% of the equity interest in Titanium Titan Sdn Bhd (“TTSB”) for a cash consideration of RM2.00 only (“the Acquisition”). Following the Acquisition, TTSB has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digistar.TTSB was incorporated as a private limited company on 2 May 2013 with an authorised share capital of RM400,000 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and paid up capital of RM2 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. TTSB is currently dormant. The intended principal business is construction activities. | |

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Asdion, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Asdion has on 9 December 2013 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for a further extension of time up to 22 January 2014 for Asdion to issue the Circular pending finalisation of a second supplemental shareholders agreement to be entered into between Asdion and PDSB to vary certain terms and conditions of the JVA.
