KHSB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 7 October 2013, granted its approval for an extension of time of six (6) months until 27 February 2014 or the delisting of KHSB from the Main Market of Bursa Securities, whichever is earlier, to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.
