SUNGEI BAGAN RUBBER COMPANY (MALAYA) BERHAD - PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE ("PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE") The Company had at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 20 November 2012 obtained renewal of shareholders' mandate to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with the related parties on the terms set out in the Circular to Shareholder dated 30 October 2012. This Mandate will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to seek renewal of shareholders' mandate at the forthcoming AGM to be convened. The Circular to shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
