We refer to the Company’s announcement on 4 October 2013 pertaining to the termination of the MOI. We wish to inform that the MOI provides for a due diligence to be conducted by the Company. Further to the signing of the MOI, the Company had conducted a preliminary due diligence which found that the project involving the launch of interactive media platform has not fully met the investment criteria set out by the Company. Thus, the Company terminated the MOI. This announcement is dated 7 October 2013. | |
