(“BPI”), listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (“PSE”), has on even date released an announcement to PSE on the purchase of additional shares of H.R. Owen Plc and the revision of the offer price from 130 pence to 170 pence per share.
A copy of BPI’s announcement to PSE in relation to the above is attached herewith.
