The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants. We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHB"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of Destini ("Board") on 10 July 2013 and 2 August 2013. On behalf of the Board, RHB wishes to announce that the Company has on 12 September 2013 fixed the exercise price for the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants at RM0.40 per Warrant. The exercise price of RM0.40 per Warrant represents a discount of approximately 2.44% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Destini Shares up to and including 11 September 2013 of RM0.41 per Destini Share. The exercise price of the Warrants has been determined by the Board, after taking into consideration, amongst others, the following:- i. the historical price movement of Destini Shares; ii. the liquidity of Destini Shares; and iii. that the Warrants will be issued at no cost to the entitled shareholders of the Company. | |
