On behalf of the Board of SCB, KIBB wishes announce that the Bonus Issue has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 46,575,000 Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today. The enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of SCB is now RM139,725,000 represented by 279,450,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each.
