Query Letter Contents We refer to your Company's announcement dated 14 June 2013 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-

1. The particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and
guarantees to be assumed by GPRO Technologies Berhad arising from the Proposed
Acquisition.

2. The estimated time frame to complete the Proposed Acquisition.

3. The financial information on MCSB including, but not limited to, net profit
and net assets of MCSB based on the latest audited financial statements.

Further to the announcement dated 14 June 2013, the Board of Directors of GPRO wishes to announce the following additional information for public release:-

1. Liabilities to be assumed by GPRO

Save for the liabilities incurred in the ordinary course of business of MCSB, there are no other contingent liabilities and guarantees of MCSB to be assumed by the Company pursuant the Acquisition of MCSB.

2. Estimated time frame to complete the Proposed Acquisition

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Acquisition is expected to be completed upon the payment of the balance purchase consideration sum to be made within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the Share Purchase Agreement dated 14 June 2013.

3. Financial information of MCSB

The net profit and net assets of MCSB based on the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 Dec 2012 are as follows :-
