RHF is holding 90% of the equity interest in Juxian Hengbao Farming Co., Ltd and the remaining 10% is held by Wang Jundi and Zhang Quanchen. ii) Juxian Houz Best Food Co., Ltd Juxian Houz Best Food Co., Ltd (Company Registration No. 371122200012038-1) was incorporated on 10 April 2013 with registered capital of RMB2.0 million or approximately RM1.0 million. The intended principal activities are meat duck slaughtering and frozen food production and sale. RHF is holding 90% of the equity interest in Juxian Houz Best Food Co., Ltd and the remaining 10% is held by Shen Chuanyou. Shen Chuanyou is a nephew of Shen Hengbao, a director of the Company. iii) Juxian Wan Hui Food Co., Ltd Juxian Wan Hui Food Co., Ltd (Company Registration No. 371122200012394-1) was incorporated on 23 April 2013 with registered capital of RMB2.0 million or approximately RM1.0 million. The intended principal activities are the production and sale of frozen food. RHF is holding 90% of the equity interest in Juxian Wan Hui Food Co., Ltd and the remaining 10% is held by Liu Fuliang. The incorporation of the above new subsidiary companies is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above incorporation of new subsidiary companies.
