FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Award is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings, net assets per share and gearing of Flonic Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2014. The Award will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of Flonic Group.
