On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, KAF Investment Bank Berhad (“KAF”) is pleased to announce that the Proposed Sukuk TNB NE has been completed today with the issuance of RM1.625 billion nominal value of the Sukuk TNB NE by TNB Northern Energy Berhad.
