The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of Mexter ("Board"), on 5 April 2013, 19 April 2013 and 30 April 2013. On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 28 May 2013, resolved to approve the following:- (i) Listing and quotation of up to 89,452,020 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Mexter to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants; (ii) Admission to the official list and listing and quotation of up to 89,452,020 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants; and (iii) Listing and quotation of up to 89,452,020 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of Warrants. The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants is subject to the following conditions:- 1. Mexter and RHBIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants; 2. Mexter and RHBIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants; 3. Mexter to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants is completed; and 4.
