Remarks :
The Board of BIMB Holdings Berhad ("BHB or "the Company") is recommending a final Single Tier Dividend of 5.00% for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 compared to a final Single Tier Dividend of 7.25% for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.

The variation in the final dividend between the current financial year and previous financial year was due to the followings:-

1) During the financial year ended 31 December 2012, the Company had paid two interim dividends of 3.5% each compared to only one interim dividend (3.5%) paid at the last corresponding financial year.

2) The first and second interim single tier dividends for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 were paid on 31 October 2012 and 27 December 2012 respectively.

The Final Single Tier Dividend is subject to Shareholders' Approval at the fothcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of BHB to be held on Wednesday, 15 May 2013.

(b) authority to purchase the Company's own shares of up to 10% of its total issued and paid-up ordinary share capital ("Proposed Share Buy-Back").

A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Renewal of General Mandate for RRPT and Proposed Share Buy-Back will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
