Further to our announcement dated 19 April 2013, we furnish the following additional information as requested:- (All terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as used in the said announcement unless otherwise stated). We wish to clarify that pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") entered into by Dolomite-Power Wuhai (HK) Limited ("DPWHKL") with the Government of Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia, China to build a 6 x 200 MW coal-fired power plant in Wuhai City, the Government of Wuhai City had approved and granted DPWHKL the sole rights to develop, construct and operate the power generation and coal mine. Since the Government of Wuhai City through its Registration Department of the Industry Commerce Administrative Board had approved the De-registration of Dolomite Coal Industry Co Limited, the rights pursuant to the MOA had lapsed.
