The Company wishes to announce that today is the last day for acceptance of the Offer by the Joint Offerors. All transfer requests have to be submitted by 4.00 p.m today to effect the transfer before the close of the Offer. The Company will immediately thereafter proceed with the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to delist the Company. In the event Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad approves the application by the Company and the Joint Offerors do not achieve compulsory acquisition by the deadline on 26 April 2013, the remaining shareholders in the Company will hold shares in a non- listed company.
