On behalf of the Board, HwangDBS Investment Bank Berhad (“HwangDBS”) wishes to announce that the exercise price of the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of Warrants has been fixed at RM0.18 per Warrant after taking into account the 5-day volume weighted average market price (“VWAMP”) of the Hovid Shares up to 23 April 2013, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of the Warrants on 24 April 2013 (“Price-Fixing Date”) and the prevailing market conditions.
