(Unless the context otherwise requires, all expressions used herein shall have the same meanings assigned thereto in the announcement made on 27 November 2012)

We refer to the announcements dated 27 November 2012 and 13 December 2012.

CIMB, on behalf of KLCCP, wishes to announce that we have on this date, received a letter dated 12 March 2013 from the SC for the approval of the application for KLCC REIT Management to outsource the share registrar and internal audit functions to the respective service providers:

(i) share registrar functions to Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd (“Tricor”); and

(ii) internal audit functions to the Group Internal Audit Division of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd (“KLCCH”).

The approval of the SC for the above is subject to the following conditions:

(i) KLCC REIT is to perform an assessment of share registrar services rendered by Tricor on the 12th month from commencement of the outsourcing arrangement. A report of this assessment must be submitted immediately to the SC; and

(ii) KLCC REIT is to submit a copy of the duly executed service level agreements with Tricor and the Group Internal Audit Division of KLCCH within one (1) month of SC’s approval.
