(“DSSB”), 405,000 ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN DAYA OCI SDN. BHD. (“DOCI”), 544,500 ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN DAYA PROFFSCORP SDN. BHD. (“DPRO”) AND 101,500 ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN DAYA PETROLEUM VENTURE SDN. BHD. (“DPV”) (“COLLECTIVELY SALE SHARES”) TO WIRAMAS BAIDURI SDN. BHD. (“PURCHASER”) FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM17,001,500 (“PROPOSED DISPOSAL”)
Query Letter Contents We refer to your Company's announcement dated 8 March 2013 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-
(1) To clarify "immediately available funds" in Section 3.1.
(2) The termination clauses in the Share Sale Agreements, and the consequential
rights and obligations of the parties.
(3) To quantify the net profits and net assets of DSSB, DOCI, DPRO and DPV
based on the latest audited financial statements.
(4) List of substantial shareholder(s) of DSSB, DOCI and DPRO, and their
respective direct and indirect shareholdings in the companies.
(5) The conditionality and inter-conditionality of the Share Sale Agreements.

Pursuant to Rule 8.02 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Microlink Solutions Berhad (“MSB” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company’s public shareholding spread as at 28 February 2013 was 22.50%.

In view of the above, the Company has ceased to meet the requirement as set out in Rule 8.02(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, which states that a listed issuer must ensure that at least 25% of its total listed shares (excluding treasury shares) are in the hands of public shareholders.

The Company will apply for an extension of time for the Company to formulate plans to comply with the public shareholding spread requirements.

This announcement is dated 13 March 2013.
