The Collaboration Agreement entered into between UEM Land, IIB, TM and Centios to participate in the establishment of a managed services operating company (“MSCo”) for the proposed Smart and Connected Nusajaya (“CA2”). All parties involved agreed to negotiate and agree on the terms of the formal agreements to be entered into between the parties (the “Definitive Agreements”).
