Upon such withdrawal of the Claim, the appointment of the Receiver and Manager of OPLL as referred to in the announcement dated 28 November 2012 will be revoked forthwith and the 1st Defendant and the 2nd Defendant shall have no further claim against the Plaintiff as arising from the abovementioned suit.
