("Offeror") to acquire shares of relevant companies of CBSA Group which carry on the search and advertising business subject to the execution of a definitive agreement to be agreed upon between the Offeror and CBSA and upon the terms and conditions as set out the offer letter from the Offeror dated 1 March 2013 for a cash price of RM120,000,000 ("Offer").
