Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 3 January 2013. Reference is made to the announcement dated 3 January 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Pursuant to the SPA, Destini shall within two (2) months from the date of the SPA take all necessary steps that are required of them to comply with the necessary regulatory requirements, and to obtain its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Acquisition. As such, the last day for Destini to undertake such steps is on 2 March 2013 (“Deadline”). On behalf of the Board of Destini, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Vendor has agreed to grant Destini an extension of time of the Deadline by one (1) month up to 31 March 2013 This announcement is dated 1 March 2013.
