The Board of Directors of TMS (“Board”) wishes to announce that TMS had on 6 February 2013, entered into a conditional Shares Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Lee Khim Loy, Moong Suet Har, Lee Wing Hong and Kung Chi Ying (hereinafter collectively defined as “Vendors”) for the acquisition of 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in PC Zone which represents the entire issued and paid-up share capital of PC Zone for a total cash consideration of RM658,000.00 (“Proposed Acquisition”).
