Description	DISPOSAL OF SHARES IN SUBSIDIARY
The board of director of NWP Holdings Berhad ("NWP") wishes to annouce that "NWP" has disposed of 70,000 shares of RM1 each in NWP O&M Sdn Bhd (Company) representing 10% of the equity interest, to a strategic investor Flory Simon Jipiu for a total of consideration of RM1,600.00. The consideration is arrived at based on the net asset value of the Company as at 31/8/2012. The strategic investor comes with a wealth of technical know-how and expertise in the agriculture produce field and also providing easy access to ready markets for distribution. NWP O&M Sdn Bhd is principally engaged in providing sawmilling services and carrying on the business of planters, cultivator and dealers in all kind of agriculture produce. Following the disposal, NWP's equity interest in NWP O&M Sdn Bhd has reduced to 90%. None of the directors, major shareholders or persons connected with the directors of the company has any interest either directly or indirectly in the transaction. This annoucement is dated 7th February 2013.
