Further to Digistar’s announcement dated 7 February 2013 in relation to the Partnership Agreement entered between Rauland Asia Sdn Bhd (“RASB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Digistar and Digistar Vision Sdn Bhd (“DVSB”). We wish to announce that the License from Ministry of Home Affairs (Kementerian Dalam Negeri) would allow DVSB to carry out matters relating to private agency in accordance with Section 2(a), Private Agency Act, 1971 for a period of one (1) year and the license is renewable annually. At this juncture, the Company could not determine the revenue generated from the partnership arrangement as RASB still in negotiation with DVSB on the profit sharing ratio. The estimate capital outlay and the source of funds also could not be determined at this preliminary stage. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad once the information is ascertained. This announcement is dated 8 February 2013. | |
